The Brief
National Youth Council’s Shine Festival 2017 2016 saw tremendous success in its marketing and communication efforts. Moving into 2017, we continued the momentum to bring out the full potential of the various programmes pre, during, and post-festival to encourage more youths to step out of their comfort zones and pursue their passions.
Concept
More youths today are willing to break away from the typical lifestyle everyone is used to. Shine Festival 2017 is here to help youths stand for what they believe in and take ownership of their passions, careers, personal endeavours, and ultimately own their dreams for a future they desire.
